Limited Warranty

Plainvibe provides a limited warranty focused on arrival condition and order accuracy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review and help.

Damage on arrival (DOA) claim window
DOA claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos that clearly show the issue and packaging condition (if applicable).

What we may do
After reviewing your claim, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a remedy such as a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method.

What’s not covered
This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, or issues reported outside the applicable claim window.

How to make a warranty request
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (required for DOA). If return shipping is needed due to a quality issue, wrong item shipped, or damage in transit, return shipping is covered by the seller or handled based on the situation.
