Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Orders $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 have a flat $15 shipping fee.
When is the order cutoff time?
6:00 pm (CST). Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed starting the next business day.
How long does processing take?
1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after shipment.
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.
Will I get tracking?
Yes—tracking details are provided after shipment when available from the carrier.
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
No. Product prices are tax-inclusive and no additional tax is added at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status. After shipment: orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Contact us. Damage-on-arrival claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos. For quality issues, wrong items, or damage, return shipping is covered by the seller or handled based on the situation.
