Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Because orders can move quickly through processing, cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s current status.

Cancellation after shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Order cutoff time
Our daily order cutoff is 6:00 pm (CST). Requests received after the cutoff may be reviewed starting the next business day.
